Time tracking

Statutory time registration — without an HR system

Since 1 July 2024, virtually every Danish employer must record employees' daily working time. Verkta does it in 10 seconds from the phone — no login, no app, no rota planning.

Who does the requirement apply to?

The Danish time registration act covers employees as a rule — including salaried staff. Records must be objective, reliable and accessible, kept for 5 years, and available in working-time disputes and for the 48-hour rule (average over 4 months). Only genuine 'self-organisers' can be exempted after a concrete assessment.

Personal link — no login

Every employee gets one link that works straight from the phone. Today's hours are registered in 10 seconds with quick buttons.
