›Is there a lock-in?
No. All subscriptions are monthly and can be cancelled anytime, effective from the next period. No setup fees.
›What happens after the trial?
You try everything free for 14 days without a credit card. When it ends, pick a plan to continue. Your data stays untouched in the meantime and is not deleted.
›Where is our data stored?
In the EU. The application and database run in Frankfurt, and no customer data is stored outside the EU/EEA in normal operations. See the Security & operations page for details.
›Can we get our data out again?
Yes. Administrators can export all company data as a single file directly from Settings at any time, and for 90 days after cancellation.
›Is there a data processing agreement?
Yes. Our standard DPA under GDPR article 28 is part of the terms and applies automatically. A signed copy is available on request.
›Is the price per user?
No. Pricing is per company with unlimited users, including signatures, where there are no envelope limits either.
›Can we start with one module and expand later?
Yes. Start with the module that is urgent, and switch to more modules or the Complete plan whenever you need. The switch is immediate.
